Your results are yours
Your employer paid for the work, not for you. Four rules follow from that, and everything else is mechanics.
- Every participant sees their own full result. No exceptions, in any flow, including when a company paid. A leader who took it and never saw it has been assessed rather than developed.
- An employer sees what they need to run a development program, and nothing more. Completion, styles for grouping, and the team-level picture. Not raw answers, not conflict defaults as data, not self-perception gaps person by person.
- Nobody’s result is used for hiring, promotion, discipline, pay, or performance management. Contractually prohibited, publicly stated, and stated again on page 22 of every report.
- Raw responses exist for one reason: making the instrument better. They are never sold, never shared, never shown to an employer, and never used to profile an individual.

The three that matter most
Your organizer never sees a named person’s Mirror gap. The Mirror measures what a leader believes their team thinks of them. An employer holding that, per person, is holding something closer to a confession than a competency.
Your organizer never sees Block E as data. Conflict defaults are delivered as sealed slips, never as a spreadsheet. Nobody receives a list of how their people handle conflict.
Nobody outside BSLG ever sees raw responses. Not the client, not a certified facilitator. They exist for validation and for nothing else.
What we keep, and for how long
Identifiable results are kept for 24 months from completion, then permanently de-identified. Raw responses are kept, with your name taken off them, to make the instrument better. You can opt out of that use before you start, and you get an identical result either way.
What it can’t be used for
Every company that buys this agrees in writing not to use it for hiring, promotion, pay, or discipline. It wasn’t built for those things and we don’t allow them. In the corporate flow we collect no email and no phone number, which means we could not contact a participant even if we wanted to.
