In plain terms, and pending the final wording:
What you buy. Access to take the assessment and receive your report by email. There is no return access, so save your file when it arrives.
What we don’t do. This is not a hiring, promotion, pay, or discipline tool, and it is not to be used as one. It is a new instrument; where its validation currently stands is stated openly on every report and on the site.
Your responses. Kept, with your name taken off them, to improve the instrument. You can opt out of that before you start, at no cost to your result.
