⏱️ Processing & Shipping Times

Typical timeline (order → delivery): 8–15 business days.
Made-to-order magic takes 5–10 business days to ship.

U.S. orders: Arrive 3–5 business days after shipping, depending on your chosen speed.

International orders: May take 1–12 weeks depending on location and customs.

You’ll get tracking as soon as your order ships—check spam if it ghosts you.

📦 Need It by a Certain Date?

Got a deadline (or a wooly emergency)? Email us BEFORE ordering and we’ll tell you straight if we can hit it.

🐌 A Note on Delays

We do our best to get your order out quickly, but carriers can hit delays, especially during peak seasons or global chaos.
Once it leaves our hands, it’s in theirs—but we’re here if something goes sideways.

Here’s what to do if something goes sideways...      

📬 Wrong Address?    

      Double-check that shipping info before you click “Buy,” friends. If you made a typo, email us ASAP.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to fix it. If it’s already out the door, it’s headed where you told it to go—so we can’t make changes after that.    

📦 Returned Packages    

      If your package gets returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll issue you a store credit (minus shipping). Want it re-shipped?
Just place a new order with the correct info.    

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages    

     Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). We can’t control their delivery process, but we’ll absolutely point you in the right direction and help where we can.    

💥 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?    

  We’ll make it right—no drama.
