🎨 Neither! We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing - AKA the magic that puts our snark straight onto your shirt.

As well as Direct-to-Film (DTF) - AKA the magic ink printed on film and than perfectly heat pressed onto your garment. DTG & DTF allow us to provide full-color, high-detail designs.

Both print options are also more eco-friendly than traditional screen printing, using less water, less waste, and way more style. So yes, your shirt is printed with some cheeky flair and sustainability in mind.

U.S. Shipping: Once shipped, your order should arrive in 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping speed you select.
International Shipping: Can take anywhere from 1 to 12 weeks, depending on where you live and how nice customs is feeling.
You’ll receive a shipping notification once your order hits the road—check your spam folder if it ghosted your inbox.
🚨 Important: Double-check your shipping info at checkout! We can’t refund or replace items sent to the wrong address.
We’re not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they leave our hands, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes sideways.

We get it—sometimes your fingers move faster than your brain.
If you need to make a change, we’ll do our best to help! But once your order enters the fulfillment pasture, it’s already in motion and can’t be wrangled back.

📦 If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we can’t change the address on our end.
But you might be able to sweet-talk the shipping carrier into rerouting it—worth a shot!

If your package gets returned to us because of an incorrect address:
We’ll issue you a store credit (minus shipping).
Want it sent to the right place? Just place a new order with the correct info.

📦 Unfortunately, once your order leaves our fulfillment center, it’s in the hands of the shipping gods (aka USPS, UPS, etc.).

While we wish we could ride shotgun with every package, we don’t have control over it once it ships.

If your order is marked as delivered but nowhere to be found, or if it was sent to the wrong address:

First, double-check your shipping info and look around (mailboxes, neighbors, porches, etc.)

Then, reach out to your local post office or file a Help Request Form with USPS (link below)

We’re always happy to help where we can, but we can’t replace or refund orders lost due to incorrect addresses or carrier mishaps.

If your order hasn’t entered the fulfillment pasture , we can cancel it, no problem.

🐑 BUT—since all our products are made-to-order (yep, fresh sass just for you), once production begins, it’s locked in and we can’t cancel it.

So double-check that cart before you commit, because once the snark starts printing, there’s no turning back.

🔁 Since most of our products are made-to-order just for you, we typically don’t accept returns or exchanges. We’re not being baaah-d, we’re just keeping it real.

That said, if something’s off with your order—like it arrived damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, email us ASAP at support@blacksheepcreations.com.
