The busiest leader in the room is not always the one going somewhere. Motion is easy to manufacture and satisfying to feel. Momentum is quieter, harder, and pointed in one direction long enough to arrive.

A team that mistakes one for the other changes course every quarter, exhausts itself, and calls the exhaustion progress. The fix isn't more energy. It's a line held long enough to compound.
